Nepal has many races and tribes. Nepal has population of around 22 million, made up of different of races and tribes, living in different places,regions, having  different costumes and speaking different languages and cultures. These people are habitat under peaceful & diverse environmental conditions from the lowlands near to the sea level to the hill hills and up to the base of the great Himalayan range. This is the main reason why there is the diversity according to the region they are living in. Another factor is that affect is the neighboring countries. But the people is not affected by this diversity. As all has been unified like the flowers in the garden.

         Farming is the main occupation as the country is agriculture-based. But people has been uplifting their living standards as they has been engaged in the quality educations.
 Life in Nepal is balance of hard work with the social well being, bounded by the by a culture followed and descended from the ancestors in ancient religious traditions. The mountain peoples are mainly inhibited by the Sherpas. According to the region their culture and customs are also deeply influenced. The Sherpas have easy access to Tibet for trade and social exchanges and therefore their culture and civilization remains distinct and has been distinctly influence by Tibetan cultures.

Then the midlands or the hilly region are inhabited by various people of Aryan races hill and valley people, for example the Brahmins, Chettris, and Newars. While the Brahmins and Chettris are the dominant throughout the country, the Katmandu Valley and other towns are concentrated by the Newar.
The mangolian tribe races Rais, Limbus, Tamangs, Magars, Sunwars, Jirels, Gurungs, Thakalis, and Chepangs  people found living in the middle hills. They each have their own distinct social and cultural patterns as their tribes and race has distinct influences upon it. The Brahmins, Rajputs, Tharus, Danwars, Majhis, Darais, Rajbansis, Statars, dhimals and Dhangars are resident in the dun valleys and the lowland of Terai.
